[past session] Contextualising the city: Process and learnings from inclusive project inception methodologies in Beira and eThekwini
An ICLEI Africa-led project considers two recent hazard events as an opportunity for informing inclusive & proactive urban resilience planning. The project team is undertaking a deliberative inception methodology of “Contextualising the City” to situate research design in the study sites, highlighting opportunities for alignment & departure with urban contexts & local conceptualisations of informality, inclusion & resilience. This webinar will launch the project, showcasing scalable lessons & findings from this inclusive inception period.
